By clicking "I Agree," I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions outlined in Sections 1, 2, and 3 below. I agree to release and indemnify NCC Cricket Academy from all liabilities arising from participation in its programs and events. I also agree to abide by the Rules and Policies as a member of NCC Cricket Academy. I acknowledge that participation in NCC Cricket Academy activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the possibility of injury (physical or mental) or even death, loss or damage to personal property, injury or property damage caused by other participants, unforeseen variations in activity conditions, inadequate or unavailable facilities for treatment or transport in case of injury, and risks arising from negligence or breach of contract by NCC Cricket Academy. I assume full responsibility for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from my (or my child's) participation in NCC Cricket Academy activities. I (or my child) participate in NCC Cricket Academy activities at my sole risk and release, indemnify, and hold harmless NCC Cricket Academy, its staff, agents, and representatives from any and all claims arising from injury, loss, damage, or death related to participation in academy activities, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise. I agree to comply with all membership policies, including wearing appropriate attire within the facility, returning equipment after use, carrying a valid photo ID, and refraining from sharing facility access with non-members, which may result in immediate termination of membership. Members must respect officials, coaches, staff, and other participants, and NCC Cricket Academy reserves the right to revoke membership for non-compliance. Members are prohibited from participating in other Niagara leagues and tournaments affiliated with the City, and those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. Personal training and high-performance group session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling in NCC Cricket Academy programs, I grant permission for my name and photographs to be used in NCC Cricket Academy communications, including newsletters and the website, with the understanding that group photographs may be used without identifying individual members. Before signing this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 2. I acknowledge that my membership fees, including current and advance payments, are non-refundable. However, I understand that payments may be credited toward future programs if I place my membership on hold or withdraw. By signing below, I agree to the above terms and conditions.
